On December 18, 2024, Eileen passed away, and is now reunited with the love of her life, George. It is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to a wonderful mother, and grandmother. Her family has countless memories of a supportive mom, who always lit up when she saw her children or grandchildren. Summers spent with her husband and two daughters fishing on Georgian Bay will be memories cherished forever. Beloved wife of the late George Solomon. Loving mother of Patricia Hollett (James Boucher), Diana Legrandeur, Michael Hollett (Kim, Gayle Hollett (Sandy), and Margaret Della-Vedova (Steve). Loving grandmother of Michael McGiverin, Montana Hollett, Morgan McGiverin, Denver Della-Vedova, Nicholas Della-Vedova, Blake Della-Vedova, Dan Della-Vedova, Matthew Legrandeur, Andrew Legrandeur, Sarah Hollett, Brandon Hollett and Blake Hollett. Eileen is predeceased by her parents, Margaret (nee Arbour) and Kenneth Lewis. Eileen is survived by her sisters Joan (Convent of Notre Dame) Lewis, and Theresa Elliott, and is predeceased by her brother Kenneth Lewis and her sisters Barbara Sarrazin, and Marjorie Bartells. A Celebration of Eileen's Life will take place at a later date in Killarney where she lived over 30 years. Thank you for all the care and comfort from Andy's House where she spent the last few months of her life. And thank you to Soldiers' Memorial Hospital where she spent her days.
