It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, grandfather and great grandfather Fred Sisulak Sr at the age of 88. Fred, born in Gravenhurst, Ontario. Husband and soulmate of 66 years to the late Irene Sisulak (nee Bungay). Loving father of Madeline Dietrich (Gary) & Fred Jr (Fern). Cherished grandfather of Christopher (Shonalee), Bradley (Kellie), Chad (Karen) and Adam. Proud great grandfather of Mikayla, Aliyah, Kaelyn, Alyssa, Ava, Maximus, Rexton, Pearl and Walt. Son of the late Frank and Brigitta  Sisulak.  Dear brother of the late Joseph (Delphine) and Anne Dzurus. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and special friend Anne Terry. Fred was a musician, band leader and accordion teacher to name just a few of his talents. He loved to work with wood. He built 3 beautiful homes and many cherished pieces of furniture. He was a Lifetime Member of the Knights of Columbus and a Lifelong Member of Guardian Angels Parish. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Church of the Guardian Angels, 115 West St. N., Orillia on Friday February 9, 2024 at 2 PM. Private interment to follow. Arrangements entrusted to the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N., Orillia.
