Heather (Diana) Zulak

Passed away unexpectedly at home with her husband by her side, on April 13, 2025, at the age of 76. Beloved wife and best friend of Gary, with whom she was blessed to share over 59 years of marriage. Loving mother of Brian Zulak (Lisa) and Jessica Zulak (Larry Liscoumb). Proud mama of Breanna, Kyle, Evan, and Dani. She will be deeply missed by her faithful furry companion, Zak, her brother and sister-in-law, Gord and Debbie Zulak, and her cousins Mike and wife Sandy. Heather was a woman devoted to her family, always taking every opportunity to create cherished memories—whether working around the home or relaxing and sharing laughter at the cottage. In her humble way, she never boasted about her talent for folk art painting, but she filled her home with warmth and beauty through her artistic gifts. She couldn’t wait to watch her grandchildren, at the next hockey game or dance competition. Our hearts are heavy, but we take comfort in trusting that you’re enjoying your favourite snack—carrots with 3 cheese dip or making your world famous spaghetti for the family just the way you like it.

As per Heather’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
