Isobel passed away peacefully, at the Birchmere Retirement Residence, Orillia, on Thursday, January 25th, 2024, in her 100th year. Beloved wife of the late Malcolm Frank Wilding. Loving mother of Douglas (Tina) of Calgary, Joan (predeceased) (Edward) Vaughan of North Bay and Ian of Orillia. Loved grandmother of Derek, Neal, Bradley, Melanie, Erin and her great grandchildren Jasmine, Natalie, Elbie and Fraser.  Predeceased by her sister Marion (Charles) Doig and brother Tom (Irene) Smith.  Cremation has taken place. No Service to be planned at this time. The family would like to thank the Staff and Caregivers at Birchmere and all the Medical personnel at Soldiers’ Memorial for their compassionate care of Isobel during her final years. A special thanks to Dr. Barnett, Isobels’ physician, who provided exceptional care throughout her time in Orillia. If desired, memorial donations to the Charity Of Ones' Choice would be appreciated.
