Kahle, Karen Ruth (nee Garbutt)

September 5, 1957 - June 29, 2021

Peacefully at Mariposa House Hospice, with family by her side on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 after a brief battle with pancreatic cancer, at the age of 63. Cherished wife of Tom. Loving mother of John-Thomas and Lillian and mother-in-law of Andrew Sun. Devoted and deeply missed Nana of Andrew Jr. (AJ). Sister of seven other siblings. Karen was Purchasing Manager of C.R. Bard Inc. in Mississauga for 25 years. Karen was also the founder of Fern Forest Garden Centre, Washago 15 years ago.

A special thanks to Julia at Bayshore Healthcare and the amazing team at Mariposa House Hospice for their outstanding care. A Private Family interment has taken place at St. Paul's Anglican Cemetery, Washago.   If desired, memorial donations may be made to Mariposa House Hospice, Orillia.
