Parsons Groom Kathryn "Kate" Alice Elizabeth (nee Kerr)

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kate Parsons Groom at Southlake Hospital on Thursday October 3, 2024. Beloved wife of Greg Parsons (predeceased) and adored wife of Rich Groom. Loving mother of Krista and Dan Crate, Marci and Amy McConnell-Parsons, and Brent and Alison Parsons. Proud GranMommy of Hayden, Cam, Quinn, Gabrielle, Zachary, Charlie, Hudson, Harper, Bodhi, Sydney, Sully, Finley, Owen, Charlie and Livi. Sadly missed by her "Sister" Diane Fletcher (Paul Barker). Cherished "daughter" of Muriel "Gram" Bedford. Fondly remembered by Jon and Ashley Groom, Jeff and Lindy Groom, Rich and Corrie Groom as well as countless family and friends. A Celebration of Kate's Life will be held at Bayview Wildwood Resort, 1500 Port Stanton Pkwy, Severn Bridge on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 from 1 PM - 4 PM with Words of Remembrance at 2:30 PM. If desired, memorial donations to MiND-AID or Glowing Hearts Charity would be appreciated and may be made through Mundell Funeral Home.
