Kenneth Ernest John McLaughlin

passed away peacefully at home, on December 12th, at the age of 73.  Proud father of Christopher (Mardi), Stephen (Michelle), Shannon (Jim Crawford), Jeffrey (Crystal Bell) and Michael (Michelle Denne).  Loving Papa of Madison, Hunter, Caitlin, Emersyn, Delilah, and Declan.  Brother of the late Norm McLaughlin (Marlene).
Ken's passion for the Orillia Community shone through many volunteer organizations and opportunities, such as but not limited to, the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Orillia City Council, Recreation Advisory Committee - Orillia, and the Orillia Canada Day Committee.  He truly took great pride in giving back to community.
Visitation will be held at the Mundell Funeral Home on Thursday, December 15th from 5 - 8 p.m.  Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday afternoon, December 16th at 1:30 PM.  Cremation to follow.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Orillia Canada Day Committee or the Orillia Minor Lacrosse would be appreciated.  Messages of condolence are welcomed at www.mundellfuneralhome.com
