Peacefully at the Leacock Care Centre, Orillia, on Saturday, September 28th, 2024; in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late William. Loving mother of Heather Catto and her partner Mike Collins of London, Janice Smith and husband Charlie of Coldwater, Katherine MacDonald wife of the late Grant of Coldwater, and Christine Riddell and husband Robert of Newfoundland. Grandmother of Ryan, Lindsay, Corey, Brandy, Chuck, Kristopher, Jason, Jessica, Timothy, Aaron, Jesse, Eric and Beth. Great Grandmother of 19. Sister of the late William, Murray and Johnny Rhines. Following cremation, friends and relatives are invited to meet with the family at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West Street North, Orillia, for a time of fellowship and Celebration of Shirley’s life on Saturday, October 19th. from 2 to 4 pm with words of Remembrance at 3 pm.
