Passed away peacefully at her home on May 28th, surrounded by her daughter-in-law. Fila will be sadly missed by her daughter-in-law Gosia, grandson Mike, sister-in-law Mildred and many close friends. She is now reunited with her husband Mietek, sons Doni & Ed Szczesny, parents Marianna & Marcin Kudyba, brother Bolek and sister Anna Kudyba.

Fila will be forever remembered as a lady who exhibited great strength and wisdom and always tried to keep the peace in challenging times.  No doubt her sense of humour and curious nature contributed to 93 years of good health and great memories.  The family wishes to thank the staff of ParaMed and Bayshore Nursing for their utmost care and compassion shown to Fila; you truly have become part of the family.

Visitation will be held at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N., Orillia on Friday, May 31st from 12 - 1:45 p.m. immediately followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at the Church of the Guardian Angels, 115 West St. N., Orillia at 2 p.m.  Interment to follow: St. Michael's Cemetery, Orillia.  If desired, memorial donations to the Building Hope Campaign (Lighthouse Soup Kitchen & Shelter) or the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully appreciated.  Messages of condolence are welcomed at www.mundellfuneralhome.com
