Wesley Alan Earl

Wesley Alan Earl died peacefully at the age of 95 on August 29th, 2022 at the Leacock Care Centre in Orillia.  He is survived by his son Lawrence, and his daughters (Carolyn) Faye, Norine, Marcy and Susan, by whom he will be fondly remembered.  He is predeceased by his loving wife, Norma and his son Maurice.  And he is survived, also  by his grandchildren Kelan, Cari, Addi and Ben.  Dad was a gifted athlete and a lifelong lover of sports and spent many years coaching boys hockey and lacrosse teams in the Orillia area.  He always enjoyed the company and antics of children and always managed to bring out what was most loveable in each one.  Dad was a train traffic controller for CN Rail for 37 years and loved to travel throughout all parts of Canada on his holidays.  He was kind and giving and always made the conversation about you, the other person, and never himself.  He will be missed.  In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place.
